Services
Clarity Assessments provides neurodevelopmental evaluations for children conducted by Dr. Shelby Wolf, PhD, LP, BCBA-D, NCSP. Our services include focused and comprehensive evaluations, intake sessions, testing, written reports, and feedback sessions.
Appointments & Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Payment Terms
Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer flexible payment plans and accept CareCredit financing. A deposit is required to secure your evaluation appointment.
